If you’ve visited us before during our holiday home tour series, then you’re probably familiar with my very talented friend, Danielle, since she’s kind enough to share her home with us every Christmas season. This year, I told her about a few reader requests for a spring home tour and she was willing to let me in with my camera yet again (this is true friendship, y’all).
Her style is more traditional and colorful than mine and Amy’s, which is probably one of the reasons why her tours are always so popular. Since we live in golf and horse country here in North Carolina, you’ll see plenty of nods to horses and hunting woven throughout her decor.
Since Easter is almost upon us, I thought today would be a good time to show off her beautiful dining room complete with Easter tablescape.
It’s hard to beat the combination of blue and white at any time of year, but I love it even more in the spring. The delicate blue and floral china belonged to her great-great-aunt.
Yellow tulips provide the perfect pop of spring color. They’re faux but you can’t tell until you get very close. Pro tip: when it comes to centerpieces and flowers, more is more. Several jars of varying patterns and heights provide visual interest.
I’ll be back later this week with more of her ready-for-spring decor and as always, am so appreciative that she’s willing to share her home with us (update: see the rest of her spring home tour here).

Here I’m loving those yellow tulips……….I recently bought some silk at Michaels . Then reading on you say they are silk! Could have fooled me from the picture! Great, I’m not the only one going this route! lol Beeutiful setup……….thanks Christy and to your friend………

Tulips are so inexpensive at $4 a bunch but for a table like this it would still cost a fortune. This way makes so much sense since she can enjoy them over and over again. I’m sure yours are just as fabulous! Glad you enjoyed the tour.

Christy says
She says it’s Macadamia by Sherwin-Williams. I agree, it’s beautiful with the blues!
