I’m going to admit that I JUST took my Christmas tree down last week. I love the lights and this year seems darker and gloomier than usual, so I decided to leave it up for a bit longer.
Now that we’re just a few short weeks away from Valentine’s Day, I’m adding just a few touches of pink to our our decor. This is always a good time to look back at some of our past Valentine’s Day posts.
Since we’re now officially empty-nesters, I don’t really decorate for the “minor” holidays. I do send the kids a care package full of German treats, but to be honest I didn’t even bring all of our holiday decor with us.
Amy has her Valentine’s Day decor perfected; simple but lovely:

This is also a good time of year to try your hand at our Sweetheart Martini:
Or my favorite, the Salted Caramel Martini:
Pink has been and probably will be one of my favorite colors, so it’s fun for me at this time of year to find a few pink things to share with you guys. Just tap on the image below if you want to see more.
Happy (almost) Valentine’s Day, and thanks for stopping by!

Beautiful! Please tell us about that pink bubble vase? Happy Valentine’s day to you all.

I know–I love it, too! It’s from Nordstrom and it’s by Treasure & Bond, but it looks like it’s sold out. Boo.
Sorry for the delayed reply–
