Today I’m showing off my daughter, Annabelle’s room, in our little Mint Chocolate Chip (MCC) House. It’s my favorite bedroom right now because it’s pretty much “finished.” Have you ever noticed that bedrooms seem to get decorated last on the list? I’m sure it’s because they’re not public spaces, but we spend so much time there that they deserve to be a peaceful retreat.

Annabelle’s room is painted in Sherwin Williams Sea Salt; her last three bedrooms have been that color. (If you’re new here, we’re a military family and move every few years; this is her eighth bedroom!).
The Vogue cover gallery wall is a dollar store DIY project (read more here). The frames were $1 apiece and we found the covers on Pinterest and printed them out. (pro tip: use double stick tape to position and reposition the frames until they’re all lined up correctly)
The little French loveseat is vintage; I found it at a local antique booth and painted the wood trim white, but haven’t recovered it yet. The color actually works pretty well in here!
My daughter is a dancer so there’s a lot of ballet shoes and tutus in this room, if you hadn’t already noticed.
Rescue kitty, Brontë, likes to sleep on the down comforter. I would, too, if my first few months had been as rough as hers were!

I love the soft colors of her room and the Vogue Gallery is just perfect. I love to see the tutus hanging on the wall too, it tells her story. You always manage to make any space, even if it is temporary look amazing.
