Friday Favorite Finds

Here we are again, it is Friday and we’re back with a new round of Favorite Finds to share. I thought today I’d focus on some of my favorite recent Amazon purchases. Without brick and mortar stores to drop in, like most of us I have been doing even more shopping online. I thought I’d share some of the most useful items I have found and ordered recently, so you can shop from the comfort of your couch.

I just ordered these drawer organizers, because if there was ever a time to get your organization projects knocked out, it is now. This price is for a set of four, they will be perfect to finish off my closet organization project. I’m going to get my daughter a set for her drawers too.

I kept this marble pastry board in my cart for months before I pulled the trigger on it but I thought it was worth sharing since it looks so beautiful sitting on the counter. It is obviously great for baking but I also use it for serving when I entertain, it makes the perfect base for a dessert display board.

I saw these cork placemats on another blog and immediately ordered them. We use placemats nightly, and have been eying the Pottery Barn cork ones but happily I found these are about half the price. These are just so much easier to clean than fabric mats! I ordered one set to make sure the quality is as good as the PB ones (it is) so I am now going to order another set so we’ll have plenty for guests. They come in great colors, I ordered navy but seriously, isn’t the lemon darling?

As I shared in this post, we recently built a deck and have been working on creating an outdoor space we can enjoy. Unfortunately the weather hasn’t been cooperating but hopefully we’ll get to spend some time outside soon. I ordered these chippendale style planters to sit in the corners of our deck filled with flowers for some color. I think these are a great price, while the white is sold out right now (and it may come back in stock) a can of spray paint would give you the same result.

I also ordered these black and white striped pillows, these are always a classic. I have had a set on my front porch but needed another for the deck. At less than $10 a pillow they are a great deal.

I think I have shared these hobnail pots before but I love them enough they are worth another share. I had them filled with faux plants over the winter, but now that the weather is warmer I’ll add some fresh plants or even flowers. This is a great price for the set of two and could work both inside and outside at this time of year.

Here are a few of the other good sales I have seen this week. With inventory to move and stores not open, many retailers are still offering deep discounts.

Nordstrom has up to 50% off in sale. I ordered my daughter her own Zella leggings (since my pair is one of my very favorite clothing items). These classic Steve Madden sandals are a steal.

Loft is back with the 60% off four items sale, which drops prices about to their lowest point especially on their new arrivals. I think this blue dress is just perfect for summer.

Hearth & Hand by Magnolia at Target has some new fun things for summer, I am crushing on this rectangular woven tray. I think it will come in handy to transport food and drinks back and forth outside. It also would just look pretty on a table filled with decorative items, and it is only $22. I expect this one won’t last.
