Today I’m sharing photos from my good friend Becky’s house in North Carolina. Their house has been our “home base” while we’ve been living in Europe and we’ve spent A LOT of time here (maybe too much?!). They are so welcoming and we love their company, so we just keep coming back!
I shot photos of their living room, dining room, and back deck. Becky has a great eye for design and loves to decorate, so I’ll be quiet and just share photos with a minimum of commentary.
We met them for a week in Portugal last April; the above photo is from Lisbon.
I shared their back deck last summer; if you want to compare, you can see that post HERE. We’re still enjoying beautiful weather and so have been able to spend some quality time on the deck.
I’m so sorry I missed last week’s post. We were in Nashville for a military formal and reunion and I just didn’t have enough time to get to the computer. It was so nice to catch up with old friends, and a little bittersweet since it was the last one we’ll attend before my husband retires. We don’t have any updates on where we’re going to live, but I promise I’ll keep everyone posted!

Such a beautiful and welcoming home! I don’t blame you for enjoying the time you have with them. She has excellent taste and there’s so many things I love. I did see a few candies and that’s my jam! 😄 The deck is beautiful and would be a great place for coffee and then a drink in the evening! Enjoy!

Yes, she has amazing taste. We’ve had a blast moving some things around in her dining room and office so I’ll have to share those updates soon. It’s been so much fun living with them.
