Winter Favorite Finds

It has been forever since we’ve done one of our round ups of Favorite Things. This is a funny time of year, in my area we still have loads of winter and cold weather left, but in other areas sweaters, scarves and such may be starting to seem like old news.

This time of year you can find some really good deals. Tory Burch has a ton of great deals on classic items during the Winter Sale, things get scooped up fast but it is a great time to buy an investment item. These shoes are a fun spin on the classic TB ballet flat with the embellished logo, they are an additional 30% off with the code EXTRA30.

There are lots of handbags for sale here too, also 30% off the sale price, many of these bags would be perfect for spring and summer.

This easy to wear cardigan comes in several colors and is less than $41 (shipped), I have this in both black and blue and wear it frequently during the winter. It also looks great with leggings for casual wear as it is long in the back.

Speaking of cozy cardigans, you all know we absolutely love our Barefoot Dreams cardigans. I love the hooded version here and it is on sale.

I purchased this Fairisle sweater just before the holidays and wear it all the time. It actually has a little bit of a metallic touch in the pattern which makes it a little more fun. It’s only $27, which is a great price as it is really nice quality. I typically wear it with black pants and a white collared shirt, but it looks cute more casual too as they have it styled here.

I just happened to drop these booties in this post right after the sweater, but they would look cute together wouldn’t they? These are a steal at just $31 shipped and they come in black too.

A classic black and white tee is a wardrobe essential, this one is less than $20. I pair this now with a vest or wear it under a cardigan, then it can stand alone in warmer weather.

For those of you who prefer home decor over fashion, here are some fun finds for you. I have had my eye on this inexpensive cane cabinet. Cane is listed as one of the hot new home decor trends (though we’ve been loving it for years), this one is less than $200. It would be perfect to hold TV cables, as a nightstand or even in an entryway. I love the mid-century vibe.

I got this gold bar cart for Christmas, I have had a smaller rack style one but wanted something for some extra storage in our kitchen and to use to serve on when we entertain. It is so cute! I need to style it and photo it for Valentine’s Day, but it’s a great price and I was really pleased with the quality of it. Plus it wasn’t hard to put together, which is always a bonus!

I have had these two throw antelope print pillows for almost a year now, but noticed the other day when I was “refreshing” my house after I put away all the Christmas decor that I’d had them out at least 3 seasons in a row, including the holidays. They are reasonable priced, and the neutral pattern really seems to go with just about everything. They are a nice little pick me up if you want to add a new look to your couch during this time of year.
