First–apologies if you clicked over from our weekly newsletter to find garbage on our Sunday post, apparently the hackers were out in force during the Super Bowl! As soon as we get it all cleared up, we’ll repost the link to the original files for the printable laundry labels.

My husband and I actually met on Valentine’s day…I may have mentioned that before? Some years it sneaks by and we forget to celebrate with all the last minute work/kids/life and such, hopefully this year we’ll actually get some time to relax and enjoy the holiday. This year, in my never-ending quest to get ahead of things, last week I went ahead and ordered Valentines for my daughter’s class, it feels good to know they are ALL done already.

I have long retired the notion that I want to stay up gluing/crafting/creating Pinterest-perfect Valentine cards but have never been able to bring myself to do the generic tear-off packaged ones from the store either. Ok, maybe I did those for my boys, truth be told, but my girl? We’re squeezing every last bit of this hearts and flowers stage of life!

Minted was the perfect solution, she and I browsed the classroom Valentine selection {so many cute ones, see them all here}, I ordered them, (be sure to check the homepage for a coupon codes, I saw free rush shipping with SHIPFEB, be sure to order asap to get them in time) then she added a few candy hearts to plastic bags and added the {free} sticker to the back of the bag– done and done!

Aren’t they cute? Perfect for 2nd grade, and absolutely ZERO stress on my part.

For my husband I saw these  kraft paper bottle holders online and thought they would be a perfect guy gift. These are fun because you can make a nice assortment of craft beers if that is something the man in your life prefers, many high-end grocery stores even have them a la carte these days so he could even try some new ones out.

{You can tell we’re pretty simple around here–Yep. Michelob Ultra. Low-Carb baby!}

For a non-drinker, this is just as fun with Root Beer…there are plenty of fun sodas out there that could easily fill a 4 or 6-pack, then just add a free Valentine’s printable to the front. I ordered this one HERE.

My husband loves these amazing pretzels which go perfectly with a cold beer {do avoid if salt-consumption is a concern, these have a crazy amount of salt!}; this is pretty much a gift I know he’ll love.

Here are some of our other best Valentine’s ideas from years’ past…
