Teacher Appreciation Ideas & Printable Gift Tags

I love early May, it is by far my favorite time of year. Spring is {finally!} here, summer is around the corner and it is teacher appreciation time, along with Mother’s Day, wedding season, and all sorts of other happy events that happen all this month.

I am the room mother for my daughter’s class, so with next week being Teacher Appreciation week it promises to be a busy week. I made up some quick printable gift tags to adorn one of the gifts that will show the class’s appreciation for all her teacher does.

 

 

I love this quote {which I borrowed from my sister-in-law, Lisa–thanks girl!} so I made it into small tags you can attach to goodies for your special teachers, you can download them HERE. A printable 5×7 version, formatted to become a card, is available HERE, just print it and trim it down and you can have your student {or even the whole class} sign it inside.

To make these simple flower arrangements, these are nice small gifts for special people in your life, just spray some basic mason jars with Rust-oleum gold spray paint and let dry. Then add some roses {you will probably want to clip the stems so they fit in the jar nicely}, and print the tags on white cardstock and trim them down. Attach with some pretty ribbon or baker’s twine. Such a sweet gift, but one that is not complicated OR expensive!
