I hope you are all having a great Sunday. It is absolutely beautiful in Virginia this weekend, just seeing the sun (for a change from rain) is treat enough but the perfect temperatures have made it hard to stay inside and get anything done. It was the excuse I need to start the huge project of landscaping our new front yard, I planted some hydrangea bushes and boxwoods in our front garden yesterday, but we definitely have a long way to go.
This lightweight knit sweater is fully stocked and comes in several other really pretty colors, at $25 it is a great deal. It’s made of a fine knit so I think it looks more expensive than it is. Here it is on, styled differently.
Here is another cute outfit Christy styled, and this one is great for those of you still in warmer areas of the country. Pink jeans? They go great with so many things and will work well into the fall, especially when paired with leopard. Aren’t those shoes the cutest?
Christy also picked up some other fun pink accessories at Loft like these pink velvet shoes. Remember to use the code SURPRISE for the savings and free shipping.
Our temps dropped this week so I have been wearing this eyelet sleeve sweater around everywhere, and always get compliments. This striped sweater sold out super fast last weekend, but it’s still available in a large size at my last check. This camel color cardigan is along the same lines and would look perfect for fall paired with black pants and a leopard accent.
Other sale items worth mentioning I saw when I was in the store the other day: this pretty jacket caught my eye, if I worked in an office I’d scoop it up, and I love the back of this sweater. I am eying these shorter boots, they are a steal at the 50% off price. Shop the entire sale HERE, use the code SURPRISE.
Phew, that was a lot of fashion talk! Before I move on to some fall inspiration I also wanted to stop quickly to point out the Pottery Barn Sale. Earlier this week I posted about the sale on Instagram when I saw that they had Cameron Roll Arm couches for $589! They have some great things on sale, that is a crazy deal for a couch, much less a Pottery Barn couch. I love these glass pumpkin cloches or these faux fur throws (these would be a great gift idea). An aside note, isn’t Pottery Barn so on point with their styling? I absolutely love the burgundy and blush color scheme for fall in the above photo!
Finally to help get you in the mood for fall, hopefully, the weather is starting to change a bit where you are? Here is a look back and some of our best fall images or projects from the last two years, the posts they are in are linked underneath if you would like to see more.
Have a great Sunday! XO,
