Last week I tagged along on my husband’s trip to Dallas/Ft. Worth. One of my motivators, other than spending time with him, was to catch up with my friend Mary, who moved from North Carolina to Texas last year.
Some of you may remember that she graciously allowed me to photograph and share her North Carolina home (see those posts HERE and HERE if you missed them), and I wasn’t shy about asking her if I could do the same for this house. She’s an interior decorator so I knew this house would be just as amazing as her last one–and I was right!
Today I’m going to share the entry, kitchen, living room, den, and her husband’s office, and next time I’ll share the bedrooms, bathrooms, and utility rooms.
We’re starting in the entry that opens into the living room, with her husband’s office just off to the left of the front door. You can catch a glimpse of Mary in the mirror–isn’t she pretty?
The living room, kitchen, and dining room are one large, open space.

I can’t wait to come back next week and show you the rest of her house. Thank you, Mary, for letting me share your beautiful home with everyone!

Yes, her home is stunning! I can’t even imagine having such a dreamy kitchen with all the cabinets…and then the Butler’s pantry! Wow, I love it! The rockers on the porch touched me too. I’m so glad she allowed all of us to see such a beautiful space.
