I’ve been wearing my bright red Rothy’s a lot this summer; they are so comfortable and they’re also machine washable.
As a sizing note, in the round toe I order my exact size, and in the pointed toe I order a half size up. I have the bright red in the round toe and yellow in the pointy toe.(Get $20 off your first pair using this link, or use coupon code YRAHZKL)
This adorable ruffled off-the-shoulder swing top is only $15 this weekend. Pair it with my favorite white jeans or capris (use HBDUSA for 40% off), or these are also great if you want a skinnier fit (and they’re only $29!) and you’ve got a perfect summer outfit.
I’m kind of obsessed with pom pom earrings and think they’re a really fun away to add a pop of color to any outfit. This red pair is only $10 plus shipping.
In other important news, my search for the perfect weekender tote bag is finally over; if you follow us on Facebook then you might have read that I spotted a girl carrying this Longchamp Le Pliage Weekender Tote in the airport a few weeks ago when I was dropping my daughter off for her summer training at the Kansas City Ballet. I have several friends who carry these bags as totes or purses (they come in so many sizes and colors–like hot pink and aqua blue!) and decided it was time to see what all the fuss is about. I love mine! It folds up teeny tiny when I’m not using it, making it the perfect bag for travel, and it’s just such a classic style. I ordered the dark red pictured above, but navy, beige and black and my other favorite colors. It’s ok to have more than one, right?
(Tip: you can usually score the seasonal colors on sale)
Last but not least, we’ve shared this navy gingham popover shirt before, and it remains one of my favorites. It sold out the last time we shared it, but they’ve restocked in all sizes, and it’s only $29.50 this weekend. I looked in my closet the other day and I have six different gingham shirts. It’s clearly a sickness.
I’ve found a few other red, white, and blue favorites; they’re all below.
