This is one of my favorite fall meals: fig, arugula, and prosciutto pizza. It’s perfect for a light lunch or dinner, and you can cook it either in the oven or on the grill/smoker.
Jump to RecipeThe recipe is a snap to make–everything is kind of a handful of this or that, which is often the case with pizza.
Also, the fig spread that we use is {here; affiliate link}; when I buy one jar at the grocery store, it’s about $8 or $9, so this is a pretty good deal.
You could also opt to put the cheese down first, using a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan, and then use sliced fresh figs instead of the spread.
Pair it with prosecco or chardonnay and you’ve got a perfect fall meal!
