Hi, today I have some cute spring break pieces to share with you! It isn’t spring break here for another month, but some parts of the country are already on vacation and since I am counting the days, I thought it was a good time to share some finds. As soon as I booked our vacation I immediately started looking for new warm weather clothes and I have to say, I found some really fun things.
If you aren’t traveling somewhere warm in the near future, I also included some transitional outfits for you too, so don’t give up, read down for an affordable everyday outfit.
I was at Target the other day and saw this cute ruffle sleeve top, it’s just $16.99 and comes in white, black and gray (this is the gray, the website shows a check for some reason –ignore that). It’s a soft knit material and looks so cute on, I styled it with white jeans and the fun $10 earrings everyone is wearing right now. This is such an easy outfit to throw on for day to day.
Since I am guilty of looking at waaaayyyy too many clothes online, I don’t often get that excited about a piece of clothing anymore, but this off the shoulder shirt definitely caught my attention. I saw it styled on Cyndy Spivey and it’s part of her Social Threads collection and I knew I had to have it. It will be perfect for dinners out while we’re in Florida and I am sure I’ll wear it again once we are home. It’s always nice to have one great outfit you feel good in, and I knew this one would be “it” for this season.
Hat | Bathing Suit | Floral Flip Flops
I am so glad this bathing suit photographed well because it’s truly a great find. It’s from Amazon, their swimwear is killing it this year! One shoulder suits are a fun way to be stylish yet still modest, this one is only $30. It’s so nicely made, comes in a ton of colors and has the ruching across the stomach to give you a little extra grace in that area and ‘coverage’ in the back. Could it be better? I love it, and I think this is pretty true to size FYI.
This last outfit is for those of you not traveling for spring break or still yet not in spring weather. I have this style shirt in other colors and it is almost always my go-to when I am not sure what to wear. Recently, I have been wishing I had a tunic style top in black so when I saw this shirt was on super sale I added this one to my collection. I showed it here with a bralette for fun, it makes it a great date night shirt (bralette came from Stitch Fix). This is truly a wear-anywhere type top, I think it is safe to call it a fashion essential and at $26 shipped it is a great buy.
One more thing to share, I ordered packing cubes! How fun are these and what a brilliant idea! I can’t wait for our trip so I can actually use them 🙂 This set was $15 and will make life so much easier. I sometimes use a duffel bag style suitcase which is cute, but a nightmare to dig through when you find what you need so these will make a big difference.
Well, we’re still a month away from sunshine and beach days so it’s entirely possible there will be more spring break fashion between now and then as I get more excited for warm weather. For those of you already on vacation, enjoy!
