We’re coming down to the wire, friends, and if you’re like me, you always think of a friend–or two–who needs a gift at the last minute. This easy-as-pie DIY (see what I did there?!) has been one of my go-to gift ideas for several years now, so I thought it was worth sharing again.
Start with a variety of colored ornaments. These are almost all on sale now, so you might want to stock up for next year, too.
Then, just add peel & stick glitter letters for the monogram. If you buy a supply of silver, black, gold, and white, then you’re covered for any color combination. I snag mine at Hobby Lobby in the scrapbook section (wait until they’re 50% off for the best prices).
The last initial goes in the center if you’re capitalizing it; if all three initials are the same size (usually all caps), then put them in first, middle, last order.
I finish the ornaments off with a fancy ornament hanger and a coordinating ribbon bow. And a peacock feather is always a good idea!
I’ve mentioned this before, but I stock a variety of clear plastic bags on hand to wrap gifts in {this, this, and this size are the ones I use most often}. Just pop the ornaments in there, tie them off with a bow and tag, and they’re ready to gift to your favorite people. And it only took five minutes, tops!
Thanks for stopping by~

What a great idea!

Such a sweet idea. I love the ribbon. That would look so pretty on a tree. Much prettier then just a hook.
