Thank you to Wal-mart & Art.com for sponsoring today’s post.

I spend hours working every day in my home office, and after the initial quick fix up when we moved in this house last summer, I hadn’t gotten back to put the finishing touches on it until just recently. It is always nice to be surrounded by beautiful things, especially art, and the walls had been pretty bland and boring. I ordered these two beautiful (and affordable!) chinoiserie style prints from Art.com and Wal-mart to fill the wall next to my desk and today I wanted to show you the finished off look of the space.

Art.com has a great selection, I found so many pretty pieces that would go beautifully in our home. I knew these prints would be the perfect touch in my office because they had a pretty blush pink background and the chinoiserie theme is so in style. To ensure they matched my space perfectly I framed them in these gold bamboo frames, then just hung them on the wall. Of course, you can also order your prints matted and framed already just to make it even simpler!

Here is a wide view of the entire room so you get a feel for how they look. This room is just inside our foyer and this wall is one you see immediately upon entering so it is important it looks nice. These prints are the perfect pop of pink in my very girly home office!

The two prints I ordered are HERE and HERE. They come with a white border which looks like a mat so I skipped that part, and just placed the prints in these frames.

I added this simple bench here for the time being but have a settee on order for this space. My kids often come in here and hang out or just chat with me so I wanted to have some comfortable seating in here. I added this $10 blush velvet pillow (I love the gold zipper!) and this pretty tasseled velvet pillow to dress the bench up a bit.

Art.com has a huge selection, I enjoyed looking through all the art options but to keep it simple they have categories for different styles–if you know you want a landscape picture then you can search just in that to keep it from being overwhelming. Since this is a Wal-mart site, they also offer free shipping over $35 and free returns if for some reason your art isn’t perfect.

They have such a great selection, it makes it easy to fill in all your blank walls. I still have plenty of spots I need to figure out the right wall art for so this is a great resource. You can see the entire selection HERE.

This guy is still learning the lay of the land around here, I thought this photo was so cute I had to include it. He made sure to get himself right into the shot! The other room sources are below.
