Welcome to my friend Ashly’s house! This is the second year that she’s been kind enough to let me photograph her home for you all (see last year’s tour here), and since last year, they’ve moved to a beautiful new house, still in our local area.
She’s gotten so much accomplished since they’ve moved in, including painting the exterior.
Ashly is one of my favorite thrifting/antiquing/yardsale-ing friends, and her home has been carefully curated using her best finds.

The gold mirror in the front entry got a coat of our favorite gold spray paint {here}.

Her living room is stunning and cozy, with blue and white everywhere:
Her tree is a little different this year, too, with tiny owls, moss, and peacock feathers tucked into the branches.
The dining room is filled with magnolia leaves and pinecones from the yard, and more blue and white:
Ashly’s office is one of my favorite rooms in the house:
| Monogrammed Greek Key Iron-On |
Her son’s North Pole Lego guys have a special spot in this room:
The powder room is ready for holiday guests:
The master bedroom is peaceful and inviting with lots of whites and neutrals:
Moving into the kitchen, there are pretty vignettes everywhere you look.
The screened porch gets use year-round (weather permitting)…
The kitchen, breakfast nook, and den are all one open, cozy room.
The barn doors hide the laundry closet; they were louvered folding doors when Ashly and her family moved in but they DIY’ed the sliding barn doors. She’s planning to paint them white when time permits.
Even the dryer sheets get a pretty silver holder:
Her daughter and mine are the best of friends and share a love of dance. Isn’t the little pointe shoe tree darling?
Her son’s room fits his personality to a T–football, Star Wars, Lego, and Nerf guns!
I really appreciate how his Lego guys are standing guard on the window sill, keeping the neighborhood safe!
I had to share this picture of his closet–it’s nice to have your arsenal within easy reach and well organized. We could have used a set up like this when Connor was this age!
I’d be happy if my front door looked as pretty as her side door! Ashly, thanks for sharing your lovely home with us once again. You have an amazing gift for creating a beautiful yet welcoming space.
Merry (Almost) Christmas, and thanks for stopping by!

What a gorgeous home! There is not one thing I would change, it really is stunning. I adore the rush seat chair with the pretty fabric back, such a unique combination. I could have pinned this entire post!
