

Ingredients:
2 to 3 grilled chicken breasts {marinated as above}
1 package cole slaw mix
1/4 cup almonds {optional: toast them for 10 minutes in a 300 degree oven, they have so much more flavor}
1/4 cup cilantro
1/3 cup red onion diced
{optional: red pepper, carrots chopped if you have them}
Sesame/Ginger dressing to taste
Mix everything together. If you have time, allow it to chill for a bit then add the dressing. Serve as a wrap or just as a salad. It’s delicious!
