It is Sunday, so we just wanted to share a little inspiration to uplift your day.
Let me start by saying like most of you, I still can’t wrap my head around the events in Paris on Friday evening. We join the world in praying for Paris and all those involved.
Evil is real. And evil is horrible. But evil will not have the final word. Lord, Jesus, help us know and be comforted and be empowered by this truth. The city of light may be dimmed for a night but it will not be darkened. Because Light will overcome.– @lysaterkeurst | #prayforparis
Thanksgiving is around the corner, in light of the recent events, what a perfect time to pause and be grateful for our freedom, family and friends. You can find this printable here; I love this verse.
or this one would also be pretty in a frame.
If you’re hosting a group and need to have a kids’ table, you can see my set up from last year here. The “Give Thanks” is available from the TomKat Studio here.
Finally, jumping a bit ahead to Christmas, I showed off my new flocked tree in these two posts here and here. Last year, I searched high and low for a flocked tree that didn’t break the bank, but also didn’t look fake. I ordered this one HERE and love it. It was an investment that will last for years, and I love how the decorations look against the snowy branches.
That’s all for today, we’re heading to Church then I’ll be freezing on the soccer sidelines, as usual, today. Do you have anything fun planned? I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday!
XO,
Amy
