We’re back with another list of gift ideas for the people on your shopping list. Today’s list includes ideas for people who love to entertain. I included my tried and true favorites.
From classic martini’s to some of our very favorite cocktail recipes (see them all here), a cocktail shaker is a must. This Gold Topped Cocktail Shaker elevates the average bar to something stylish.
These Jewel Cut Martini Glasses are on my wish list, I received the Coupe glasses (below) last year for Christmas and love them for both champagne and mixed drinks (like martinis), they also look beautiful on display when not in use.
These Fiore Coupe Glasses as I said were on my list last year and I was thrilled to receive them. Unfortunately, they are sold out, but ou can find another beautiful option here.
One of my very favorite things to give is these fun, Foam Cups. They come in a ton of patterns (for every occasion too not just Christmas). They are a fun gift for neighbors, teachers or make a perfect a hostess present. They even offer a package deal so you can order a bunch then distribute them to all the teachers etc. The wrapping is so cute from this shop too!
For gifts I pair the foam cups above with some Matching Napkins. Last year I packaged cups, napkins and even a set of swizzle sticks up as gifts for friends and neighbors.
I am including this set of gold spoons because they have been sitting in my shopping cart. I think they would be a fun addition to a hot chocolate or coffee bar! You can also package these with a nice bag of coffee for a sweet gift.
At first this may seem a little off topic for the entertaining guide, but I wanted to include it since most of us are spending more time with friends outside. We LOVE our Solo Stove, it is a portable fire pit that has been engineered so that it is almost smokeless. My husband loves his, we use it often when we have friends over or just to relax on the weekends outside with our neighbors. The tools also make a great gift.
I am always adding wine glasses to my collection and have these modern style ones on my wish list. They are perfect for elegant entertaining.
Of course to go with the wine glasses, you need wine markers! These are so great when you have several wine drinkers so that glasses don’t get mixed up. Guests can simply mark their name on their glasses with the washable pens.
Running out of ice at a party is never any fun, this portable ice machine will solve that problem. It’s also handy for those days when your ice usage is heavy (like with house guests, or in my case when my teenage boys are all home) this is a great back up to your refrigerator ice maker. This is a portable one that fits on your counter is a budget friendly option. This GE Opal makes pellet ice (like from a fast food restaurant) and it always gets rave reviews, it has become a cult-favorite among wish list gift ideas for a big splurge.
A book is always a nice gift and while there are plenty of great books about entertaining, this book full of Board ideas is a fun way to creatively feed a crowd.
A few years ago I invested in this large marble board which is perfect for both sweet or savory displays at parties. You can also use it when you aren’t entertaining to roll out a pastry on the cold marble surface, and it also looks pretty on display.
This pretty cakestand is perfect for serving and displaying holiday treats, I love the classic white milkglass look of this one.
Again I tried to think a little out of the box on these ideas, and we do quite a bit of entertaining with teenagers here when our kids have their friends over. Nothing says “good time” like a disco ball! This one is affordable and would bring the fun to any event!
