Hello Magnolia Lane readers. It’s Aniko from Place of My Taste and I am so happy to be here to show you little bit of my decor for the Holidays. The tour is just fantastic so far with all the amazing participants and I can not wait to see the rest. Have you checked out all the ladies who have showed their fabulous and creative homes yet? There is so much to see!
I am going to show you a little bit of my front porch decoration and a peek of my dining room table decor today. Normally we put lights on the house but this year we did not have the time to hang those lights up so I decided to add some decorations to the front porch to get the Holiday feel.
I love to decorate on the budget. I really do. It excites me when I come up with something that is totally free but fabulous!
I made this gorgeous rustic wreath a few weeks ago and it looks great on the front door. Love the textures and how wintery it is.
I found this big fire log at home depot and used it to decorate. Neat isn’t it?
These pallet wood pieces were stained ( I actually use them for my food photography-ha:-) and I put them outside and tied them on the rail. Hung a big red bow on them to make them pretty.
Our local home depot has a big basket full of Christmas tree branches that they cut off of the trees that they are selling and these are free to take. I went to grab a whole bunch and made up these Christmas tree planters. ( I had the planters already)
Spray painted them a little bit with white paint:-) and threw some FREE pine cones on them.
Don’t you think they look great on the front porch?
I love how it looks, it’s so Christmas-y, fresh and winter-y.
I also wanted to let you know that I am sharing some great ideas for a Christmas dining table set up on the budget on the blog today. Here is the peek of my dining room and table set up.
Be sure to hop over to Place Of My Taste to get all the deets.
I shared my CHRISTMAS HOME TOUR last week with great DIY projects included if you still in a need of inspiration.
Thank you for having me today, 11 Magnolia Lane. It was a pleasure to be here and included in this great group!
Xoxo, Aniko
