The holidays were so busy this year that I found it impossible to keep up with my cleaning schedule. We’ve also had some crazy weather here in VA, so my kids have been stuck indoors for the past few weeks, which always seem to bring all my chores to a screaming halt. To top it all off, my poor kids have been sick on and off with all the nasty viruses and bugs the winter months bring. I feel like we have been stuck inside a germ-infested house for the past month and I am ready for spring!
To free myself from the “stuck inside blues”, I needed a plan. Last week I began my new cleaning schedule. Having a schedule helps me gain control over my household chores and motivates me. The schedule suggests doing 15 minute “mini cleans” throughout the day.
