I wanted to share a few of my favorite recent healthy recipes from my new health website, 11MLWellness. I am so grateful for the support you all have shown me. It’s funny after all these years as a DIY/Decor/lifestyle blogger now I am talking mostly about food. In reality, the 11 Magnolia Lane site began years ago with a huge focus on entertaining, so this topic actually feels quite comfortable to me. Of course, my health journey is really what has led me to be such a strong advocate for food, wellness and natural living so it’s not surprise this is where God has me.
If you missed my post about my new website you can read it here. Today I wanted to share a few of the recipes I have shared on that site if you are in need of some easy dinner (or lunch) ideas. I not only feature healthy recipes on 11MLWellness but I also send out a weekly newsletter each Monday with tips and resources for creating a state of wellness. You can sign up to receive that below (it’s free, and you get a free meal planner too).
Here are some of the recipes I have shared so far, these are some of my favorites!

This is a favorite meatless meal with all the flavors of the greek staple Spanikopita, minus the filo dough. This is a great dinner but it also works nicely reheated for lunch the next day.

This dish has great flavors without a lot of fancy ingredients. The freshness of the lime really adds a twist to this salad, and it’s full of healthy fats from the avocado and protein from the chicken. This is the perfect time to use all those fresh, in-season veggies while we still can. (Plus, fresh foods have more nutrients too!)

This soup comes together in literally 15 minutes, and you probably have most of the ingredients on hand. I couldn’t believe how much flavor it has, plus it’s crazy healthy and affordable too. It is made with can of fire-roasted crushed tomatoes, some orzo pasta, a bunch of fresh spinach and a can of beans. It checks all the nutrient boxes and truly tastes great.

I know it may sound like a chore to make your own bread, but I swear it isn’t. I invested in a bread machine last winter so I could stop serving my family the chemical-laden store bread, and now I just throw a few ingredients into the machine and turn it on. It’s really the best bread and so easy to make, I am pretty sure we’ll never go back to store bought!
I hope you give these a try! I also share food, recipes and more looks at life over on Instagram under the @11MLWellness profile, I’d love for you to follow me there!
