While you’re here, don’t forget to enter our summer soccer sprayer (say that three times fast!) giveaway, sponsored by HomeRight. You can enter {here}. I just booked our annual week at Hilton Head for early June, before we move (again!), and the beach version of that sprayer will definitely be going with us to rinse sand off of our feet.
Our son did a great job at presenting excerpts from several catechisms by memory–we rehearsed at home for weeks ahead of time!–and all of the older students served as waiters to pass hors d’oeuvres on silver trays at the reception on the front lawn afterward. It was a perfect Savannah evening, and the rain that threatened held off until the very end of the night.
And I was lucky enough this week to FINALLY find replacement cushions for my outdoor seating that fit and weren’t ridiculously expensive…at Target! They’re only available online, but they fit the wicker conversation set that I bought at K-Mart (their Martha Stewart line) years ago. Plus, they were on sale and I got 5% off with my Red Card–score!
Now I’m off to enjoy a glass of iced tea and book for awhile. Hope you have a wonderful Sunday, too.
