Welcome to Simply on Sunday; where we share a few of our favorite things with you.  I hope your weekend has been great so far.  We spent a wonderful Saturday with old friends who came down from Chapel Hill to participate in our school’s fundraiser golf tournament; we’ve known each other since before we had kids and it’s always such a pleasure to get our families together!

My daughter is twelve, but she is obsessed with ballet and spends about 20 hours a week at the studio.  I just ordered her this book today, because even though it’s written for younger girls, the illustrations and colors are absolutely gorgeous and it will look beautiful in her room.  {Swan, The Life and Dance of Anna Pavlova, available here}
