I am so excited to be a part of the Holiday Open House hosted by 11 Magnolia Lane.

I have been so impressed with the talent of all the beautiful homes featured this month! Be sure and stop by each blog for amazing inspiration!

The month of December is flying by. I am one busy mom this time of year with several birthdays, decorating jobs, shopping for christmas presents, etc…you know the laundry list we all have is a mile long!!!

In my own home, I have had so much fun adding new touches of red to my Christmas decor.  Last year, I incorporated gold, silver and green {see HERE}.  I LOVED how everything looked, but I have to admit, I missed using the color red, especially at Christmas.

So this year, I brought it back!  I used white, red and silver with accents of woodsy items. I found some darling birch paper ribbon that I added to my tree. I continued the woodsy feel with my cute moose head on my mantle with Target birch-lighted trees. My inspiration for this year’s theme came from the moose pillow I found at Target. Inspiration can be found in all sorts of places:-)  Hope you enjoy all the festive pictures!

Dear Heidi, I was thrilled to see your lovely Christmas home. I can’t even express the warm , sweet and blissful feeling I felt to be able to get a glimpse into it ! I surly enjoyed the beautiful red that hung, dotted, tied, wrapped and tucked itself throughout. It was as if the little elves quietly sneaked into your home to surprise you in the morning, so magical ! My heart was touched and I thank you so much ! Merry Christmas to your sweet family…………….. 🙂
