Favorites from the March Pretty Preppy Party

It seems like each month the inspiration you all share at the Pretty Preppy Party gets more and more creative. I loved seeing all the projects this month! Since Christy and I are always showing what we’ve been up to, we really love the chance to see what everyone else is doing–and we get some awesome ideas too.

Here are some of the posts that caught my eye this month.

This is some serious creativity from Inside the Fox Den–not to mention this is a brilliant solution to the ‘no-light-fixture’ problem. Paper straws to make a light fixture? I love it–so out of the box! And isn’t it a cool light fixture too?

 

,I am always fascinated by organized workspaces and this office/workroom shared by Marty at A Stroll Through Life  from Talk of the Town is so nicely done. I love the pops of red, the trim, the built-ins and most importantly all the thought they put into planning the space.

,A Prudent Life shared some great tips at styling bookshelves and aren’t they cute? She does a great job of explaining how and why she did it–which is very useful since tackling a styling project like this can leave you second guessing everything and moving things around for hours, don’t ask me how I know.. 🙂
