I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving! We did, though I have a confession. I ordered 90% of the meal from our local grocery store (Wegman’s) and have to say, I may never go back to cooking it all again. Not having to deal with the post-meal mess was probably the best part though food was definitely better than we hoped. In fairness, we had returned from a mini family vacation late the evening before so I knew cooking and shopping would be too much to pull off but I admit I may go this route (at least for parts of the dinner) in the future!
While later today I will get back to decorating, I am enjoying an extra cup of coffee and scouting some of the best Black Friday shopping deals while I make some gift purchases this morning. I thought I’d share the best ones I found with you all. I think Black Friday has been going on now for weeks in these strange times but still, some retailers saved some larger discounts to release today.
I have mentioned what a great gift these Solo Stove’s make and today they are on Black Friday sale. These smokeless fire pits are a huge hit, my husband loves his. They are up to 35% off today here. I would recommend the tools along with the firepit to make it easier to use.
Amazon always has great Black Friday deals on their branded devices, I waited for today to grab a few more gifts on sale. I got my son a new Echo for his room (the alarms alone are worth it) and everyone in my life is getting a Tile Tracker. We have had way to many lost wallets and keys and these help track anything you are missing.
See all the Amazon Device deals here.
Clothing retailers have a ton of great sales today, Loft (always a favorite) has 50% off plus some flash sales like these cowl neck sweaters are just $25. You need code FRIYAY, you can shop here.
Pottery Barn is always a great place to get gifts, these teddy bear robes are just $39. You can see all their gifts on sale here.
Nordstrom has a ton of Black Friday deals as usual, and with the free shipping as always. I ordered several of these Bliss Throws to gift this year (including this beautiful pale green color which I may keep for myself!). You can see their gift ideas here.
Another store I shop at the holidays is J. Crew Factory. Today they have the popular City Coat on sale for $99, I think Christy and I both have this! I always stock up on flannel shirts for my boys during sales ($19 today!) as well. The entire site is 50% off, don’t miss the cute holiday clothes here.
Walmart always has huge discounts on Black Friday especially for really hot items. Now that online shopping makes grabbing these deals easier I looked to see what they are offering this year, you can see all the deals here. The Frame TV’s are discounted if one of those is on your wish list. I also noticed the $30 flocked tree (see more in this post) that we both have is still in stock.
Another retailer I found some wonderful gifts from this year, Rifle Paper Co. is having a big sale, they have so many pretty gifts here. I love their tech pieces like phone cases, wireless chargers and air pod cases. I also am using their wrapping paper for gifts this year.
I just found this darling weekender bag for $31 (use code CRANBERRY), it’s by Draper James. A great gift for someone who loves to travel!
Anthropologie is another great place to buy unique gifts. They don’t have sales very often but 30% off is one of their best deals. I love to gift these monogram necklaces. You can see more unique gift ideas here.
PS If you have been waiting for the gorgeous gold mirror to go on sale, now is the time to grab one! This is definitely top of my wish list 🙂
Let me know if I missed any deals worth sharing! Have a great day.
