Fig, Arugula, and Prosciutto Pizza

  • pizza dough or premade pizza crust
  • 1/3 c fig spread or preserves (1/3-1/2 c)
  • sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
  • fresh arugula
  • sliced prosciutto
  • shredded or shaved parmesan cheese


  1. Roll out pizza dough and spread fig preserves on crust.

  2. Top with sliced fresh mozzarella and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook on wood fire (about 600 degrees) for about 6-10 minutes, or in a 400 degree oven for about 10-14 minutes (or use instructions on dough/crust).

  4. Remove and top with several handfuls of arugula, sliced prosciutto, and parmesan cheese.
