Paleo Chicken Meatballs

Prep Time 10 minutes


  • 1 LB Ground Chicken (I prefer natural/organic when possible)
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 TBSP yellow onion chopped
  • 1/2 TBSP natural sea salt
  • 1 chopped fresh parsley (optional) or other fresh herb


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Roll into 1-1 1/2" meatballs and fry in a hot pan with some coconut oil until cooked completely through.

  3. Can store in refrigerator or freeze, heat up in microwave as needed.
