Flank Steak Marinade

This savory sweet marinade creates a delicious crust when grilled.

  • 1 c honey
  • 1 c soy sauce
  • 2 cubes beef bouillion
  • 1 c water
  • 1/2 c ketchup
  • 2 T worchestershire sauce
  • 1-2 flank steaks


  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over flank steak. Store in fridge for up to 2 days, turning every 12 hours or so.

  2. Grill or pan fry and let rest for 5 minutes.

  3. Slice across the grain and serve.

  4. Marinade may be used again on other cuts of meat within 2 weeks.

  5. Can halve for one steak.
