I hope everyone is getting to relax a bit during the week between Christmas and New Year’s. Amy and I decided that we were just going to post once this week, so of course it needs to be a good one! If you saw my post about the Christmas party we attended a few weeks ago (see it here), this is the follow up to show off more of Jim and Sandra’s beautiful apartment.
They’ve lived in Europe longer than we have, and Sandra has made their home into a showplace full of beautiful antiques and vintage finds. During happier (ie non-lockdown) times, we go out and hit the flohmarkts and thrift stores together.
I have a ton of pictures so will just share them without a ton of chatter; I don’t know sources off the top of my head but if you really have a question let me know and I’ll ask her!
Check out the garland on this cabinet; Sandra makes it from inexpensive dollar store picks and decorations:
This is the “travel tree”–such a good idea!
This was the beginning of the party setup…but you have to visit that post to see what she did with their covered balcony!
I hope you enjoyed a closer look; Sandra is so talented, isn’t she?! Thanks so much for opening your home to us!
