Happy Friday, friends! I’m finishing up a hair-on-fire kind of week with a quick trip out to Kansas to see my husband and wish him a very happy birthday. They are calling for frigid cold and precipitation, so maybe I’ll stop complaining about the pollen here in North Carolina, because it could definitely be worse!
Today I’m sharing a few goodies that have caught my eye around the web; as always, it’s a bit of a potpourri.
First off, I’m probably the only person in America who is just now seeing the Opalhouse at Target line, but remember, I live an hour away from the nearest Target, so such lapses can be excused. Their wares are a fun and colorful blend of eclectic, boho, and who knows what else. The panther lumbar pillow shown above is definitely one of my favorites.
Next, I’m definitely loving the style and the price of this off the shoulder cutwork top from Old Navy. It comes in several different colors (the black with white detailing is also beautiful) and I can see it going with white capris or jeans all summer long.
I honestly think that Too Faced’s Melted Matte lipstick is the perfect lipstick. It stays put for hours and doesn’t get gloppy (I hate that feeling!). “Queen B” is my everyday neutral color pick, and it never disappoints. I have tubes of it all over the house, in my purse, and in my car.
Capri or ankle length jeans with a raw hem are the latest and greatest in denim trends, and of course you can take a pair of scissors to an existing pair and DIY your own. But, if you’d rather just buy them ready to wear, this pair of boyfriend raw-hem jeans from Old Navy is one of the cutest and most reasonably priced pairs I’ve seen.
I bought my daughter this two-piece palm leaf bathing suit last summer for about $20, and we are both still in love with it. It’s great quality, especially considering the price, and who doesn’t love palm leaves?
Last, but certainly not least, these shoes speak to my affinity for all things gingham:
They have them in regular pointy-toed pumps, too {here}. If you saw me wearing my houndstooth pair in Savannah, these would work for some pattern play, too.
Enjoy your weekend, everyone, and thanks for stopping by~
